Musarc’s Christmas concert 2014 took place in one of Hawksmoore’s great London churches, and saw the culmination of our year-long collaboration with composers Clay Gold, Eloise Nancie Gynn and Lee Westwood through Sound and Music’s Portfolio Scheme.

Before the concert and during the interval, the audience was invited to weave a tapestry on Jessica Smulders Cohen’s Expanded Instrument No. 5, a loom constructed between two columns of the building.
The concert included a screening of Laure Prouvost’s How to make money religiously, a new film firt shown on the occasion of the artist’s show at the New Museum, New York, which features Musarc’s voices.
